But the Team were quick to assist and help provide options and finalise our accommodation. Also, the assistance in booking the airport transfer was great and worked perfectly.

  • 23.11.2011 (9/10) - I also booked an airport transfer. However, we missed the connecting flight in London. British Airways said that they would notify you about our later arrival. However, no one was there and we had to use a taxi at considerable more expense. The following day we had a city tour booked and we looked at brochures, your tour was very expenses. I was disappointed by this.

  • 26.10.2011 (10/10) - Great hotel location on quiet street, but close enough to all the famous sites. I really enjoyed the hotel experience and staff was very helpful. My room was just as expected! I had a clean room with a street view. My only comment would be for the hotel to hang signs in the indoor courtyard. Children ran around early in the morning - and guests didn't seem to care about quietness for those who were still sleeping. The hotel needs to step in on this point.

  • 09.10.2011 (10/10) - Prague.st site so easy to use and girls most helpful,Everything as stated, booked tours via prague.st and they were the cheapest in the city. Although one drivers hygeine had a lot to be desired, everyone on coach using perfume sprays, we couldn't understand why tour guides didn't say something to him, very pleasant man but needed to be told about personal hygeine, we had him twice on tours so knew to sit a back of coach.

However I was aksed if I wanted to book a transfer from the hotel to theairport which I thought Id arranged with one of your staff as Id sent over my flight details, hotel etc, but after waiting over 40 mins for someone to turn up I ended up having to book a more expensive taxi direct with the Hotel.
