CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR GROUPS:
a) The Customer will pay a cancellation fee of 30% of the total price of ordered services in the event of cancellation from the 29st to the 15th day prior to the check-in day.
b) The Customer will pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of ordered services in the event of cancellation from the 14th to the 7th day prior to the check-in day.
c) The Customer will pay a cancellation fee of 80% of the total price of ordered services in the event of cancellation from the 6th to the 1st day prior to the check-in day.
d) The Customer will pay a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of ordered services in the event of cancellation on the expected check-in day or in the event of failure to arrive without prior cancellation.
Other terms and conditions:
The Accommodation Provider will not charge a cancellation fee in the event that the number of people in the group decreases by 10% in the period after cancellation date. However, the cancellation fee applies to groups with a decrease of more than 10%.
The Accommodation Provider accepts only cancellations given in writing.
If the Customer does not cancel the ordered services within the aforesaid deadlines or at all (failure to arrive), and the Accommodation Provider incurs damage pertaining to the ordered, contracted and prepared catering or additional services, the Customer will be charged for the ensuing damage.
PAYMENT: 100% prepayment before arrival, due to the change of VAT tax. Please find attached pro-forma invoice.
For fixed reservation please send us acceptance of those rates and conditions.

The building itself is a Renewed block of house, which gives a "certain" atmosphere. We spent only the mornings & the late evening in the room, which was absolutely acceptable for this purpose. The location is out of the city centre, but on a quite place. The only noise could come from the next rooms, even if somebody just sneezing. So couples be careful! The neighbours clearly hear what you do in bed! ;-) The only claim I'd have is about the parking: unguarded parking place on a cost of fortune. But to wrap up: the value for the money is pretty OK!
