Krótki opis zakwaterowania
Hotel Facilities Parking / Garage  any other parking possibilities + price: There are 3 guarded garage and parking lots nearby, average price per 24 hours is 400,00 czech crowns. order possibility: It is possible to book the parking place in advance, after the reservation is confirmed if the client sends us a specific request. Internet  location: in rooms type: WiFi price: free LAN price: free public areas Elevator Front desk Keys are carried to the apartment: The keys of the apartments will be given by the Art Residence representative upon arrival, after payment.
On the arrival day,the guests must contact the Art Residence staff BY SMS or TELEPHONE to agree about the arrival time to the apartment. Any of the following mobile numbers can be used: +420 724 124 838; +420 602 373 414.
The contact person, who will be welcoming the guests at the apartment will wait at the apartment up to 30 minutes after the agreed arrival time.
Note: it normally takes 40 minutes to arrive from the airport to the apartments. 20 minutes from the train stations.
It takes maximum 45 minute for our staff to arrive to the Art Residence apartments from any Prague area. w wypadku 15tu i więcej pokoi (jeżeli hotel nie zażąda inaczej!!!):
- od daty potwierdzenia rezerwacji do 45 dni przed przyjadzem 10%
- 45 – 7 dni 50%
- 7-1 dzień 100%
Procenta liczone są z całkowitej ceny zakwaterowania.
TRANSFER
- 2 dni przed przyjazdem - bez opłaty, mniej aniżeli 2 dni przed przyjazdem opłata za anulowanie rezerwacji obejmuje całą kwotę transportuPRZEJAZD OBJAZDOWY
