Reservation for 1 – 5 nights This reservation can be cancelled at no cost at the very latest by 6 p.m. 48 hours prior to actual arrival. Cancellation of the reservation in part or in full within 48 hours prior to actual arrival is amounting to a cost of 100% of the first night. Every such a reservation must be guaranteed by the clients credit card (American Express, Diners Club Card, Euro/Mastercard, Visa Card, JCB). There is a fee on the part of a client in case of No Show amounting to a cost of 100% of the entire stay. 2. Reservation for 6 and more nights This reservation can be cancelled at no cost at the very latest by 6 p.m. 3 weeks prior to actual arrival. Cancellation of the reservation in part or in full within 3 weeks prior to actual arrival is amounting to a cost of 30% of the entire stay. For every such a reservation the deposit amounting to a cost of 30% of the entire stay must be pre-payed at latest by 3 weeks prior to actual arrival. There is a fee on the part of a client in case of No Show amounting to a cost of 100% of the entire stay. 3. Reservation for 2-3 apartments for the same period of time Reservation of only 1 apartment can be cancelled at no cost on the conditions shown above according to respective number of reserved nights. Cancellation of this 1 apartment in part or in full or in case of No Show is subject to the above stated conditions too. To cancel both of the apartments at no cost is possible at the very latest by 6 p.m. 3 weeks prior to actual arrival. Cancellation of the reservation in part or in full within 3 weeks prior to actual arrival is amounting to a cost of 30% of the entire stay. For every such a reservation the deposit amounting to a cost of 30% of the entire stay must be pre-payed at latest by 3 weeks prior to actual arrival. There is a fee on the part of a client in case of No Show amounting to a cost of 100% of the entire stay. 4. Group reservation; reservation for more than 3 apartments Group reservation can be cancelled at no cost at the very latest by 6 p.m. 3 weeks prior to actual arrival. Cancellation between 3 weeks to 2 weeks prior to actual arrival is equal to a cost of 100% of the deposit. Cancellation between 2 weeks to 1 week prior to actual arrival is equal to a cost of 60% of the entire stay. Cancellation from 1 week prior to actual arrival is equal to a cost of 100% of the entire stay. For every such a reservation the deposit amounting to a cost of 40% of the entire stay must be pre-payed at latest by 3 weeks prior to actual arrival. There is a fee on the part of a client in case of No Show amounting to a cost of 100% of the entire stay. 5. Pre-paid rate This reservation can not be cancelled at no cost. Upon final reservation the pre-payment of 50% of the amount of the entire stay must be done. (Pre-payment could be done via bank transfer or by credit cards: Visa, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Euro/Mastercard) The value of the pre-payment is non-refundable in case of the cancellation. There is a fee on the part of a client in case of No Show amounting to a cost of 100% of the entire stay. 6. Holidays This reservation can not be cancelled at no cost. Upon final reservation the deposit of 100% of the amount of the entire stay must be done. (deposit could be done via bank transfer or by credit cards: Visa, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Euro/Mastercard) The value of the deposit is non-refundable in case of the cancellation. TRANSFER: You will pay to the driver who will arrange the transfer for You.(cash in EUR) SIGHTSEEING: You will pay at the beginning of the tour.  No cost in case of cancellation until 18:00 o´clock (hotel´s local time) two days prior to arrival. For later cancellations or in case of "no show" 100% of the total booking value of the first night will be charged to the credit card.
