    Couples    		This was suitable as we was not in the oom much anyway, bedroom basicm bed comfortable however 2 single duvets and 2 low standard pillows which were so thin they were of no use anyway. The staff were pleasant enough however the breakfast was awful, 3 bowls of cereal and bread that is it. not worth the money at all. When we were checkingout we were told to leave our bags in the reataurant and be back at 4 about 5 times by the very rude manager. we went back at 3.30pm due to concerns and everything was padlocked up, we were unabe to get our cases and passports etc had to get the police involved. Thankfully wae wasnt flying for a few hours so we had time to sort the situation out, if the police were not helpful we would have had to have paid for another room and another flight.

    Couples    		the stay at residence 7 angels was mostly positive. it was a nice surprise that it was a small apt. I will comment for improvement first. the bedroom was too small for the bed and the very large armoire. the bed is great but the armoire was for someone living there long term. the piece of metal that separated the bathroom from the livingroom was broken and was just placed back there instead of fixing it right so it fell off every time it was touched.when we checked in the person at the desk was nice and helpful. that was the last time. every time after that it felt like we were an imposition and they had their rules which were not flexible to the client. You must ask for a hair dryer also as they are not in the rooms. Ok that said , would i stay there again. yes. the location was great. the chance to have more than just a small bedroom was great and a refrigerator as well.

    N/A    		The hotel was centrally located, and that was great. The accomadations left a lot to be desired. The shower head keot falling off the wall. Services were only available as long as the restaurant was open, since staff was only there for the restaurant.

    N/A    		15.12.07 The hotel accommodation was excellent and very convenient location to the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge.Breakfast choice was good although more variety in cereals would have been even better.The only downside for those with mobility problems such as arthritis is the lack of a lift as you have approximately 30 steps to climb to get to the courtyard accommodation.

    N/A    		Once we found the Residence all went very well indeed. Beautiful rooms, fantastic restaurant and great breakfast. The only downside is finding it at night when the restaurant closes! Luckily I paid attention in the day as my husband would have walked straight past it! It is 2 mins walk from the clocktower as well so ideal for someone visiting for the first time. Map essential though ;o)

    N/A    		14.10 - 17.10 2007 This was a lovely place to stay with lots of character, the location was so central and even for such a short stay we felt part of Prague. The room was lovely, towels changed, heater good and very safe, one lovely surprise was the fridge and the hot water jug. The breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from including cereals, lovely bread and cooked breakfast and fruit was available on request. We ate at the restaurant and the food, the atmosphere and the decor was great and the staff friendly and attentive.

    N/A    		The room was very clean, in fact I was surprised that the room was cleaned every day of our 3 night stay and we received clean towels daily. There was a kettle and cups and glasses in teh room so we could make a drink along with a fridge which we didnt expect. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was hot cooked and a good choice. The location was excellent and was literally round teh corner form the astonomical clock ini the old town square. One thing that should be made clearer when booking this accommodation is that the hotel will charge 5% extra if paying by card, the price quoted on thsi website is for cash payments.

    N/A    		Nice clean rooms and particularly bathroom. Cool and large rooms. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been nice after two very hot days walking around Prague but otherwise great. Excellent staff and great restaurant downstairs.

    N/A    		The room was clean and in traditional czech style, towels were changed daily, heaters in rooms very efficient especially if visiting this country in winter. Breakfast lacked fruit and cereals plenty of eggs bacon cheese on offer various breads coffee and orange juice, Staff were very good. Hotels restaurant was full every night and meals looked delicious although we ate out on the 3 evenings were there. No residents lounge if you wanted to sit and have a drink before going to bed.
