Accommodation quite basic, although clean. Would have liked to have had coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Breakfast was quite basic (why was the fruit juice diluted ???) and the staff unfriendly - would have been nice to be greeted with a smile.

Hotel was reasonably priced although the cleanliness of the room (which was not properly cleaned during the four days which we stayed there)and the friendliness of the staff (particularly those prowling the breakfast room who didnt make any eye contact and failed to break into a smile) left a lot to be desired. As the Czech crown strengthens and everything becomes more expensive for foreign tourists, those Czechs who work in the tourist industry are going to have to learn to become more customer focused.

We spence 3 days in Prague and stay add your hotel , which was very good and from your hotel we could easily walk down town. The breakfeast was good and we had one evening a diner with wine and enjoy this to.

Hotel room is clean but not as modern as I hope it would be. Location of the Hotel is fairly near to the new town but rather far from the historical old town especially after a long day and you have to walk all the way back. Hotel staffs are great and friendly. My wife and I had to leave the hotel at 5am and the staffs offered to prepare a take away breakfast for us. All in all, it is a great place to stay especially for those who loves partying but not for those who come mainly for sightseeing.

We (two couples) spent in february 2008, 4 nights in this hotel, we are very satisfied and happy we choosed it, the rooms where very clean, beds where perfect, generous breakfast. Friendly staff, close to all kind of public transport, metro tram etc. that brings you in a few minutes in the middle of the center. Next time we visit prague we definetly book this hotel again.

Clean, spacious rooms, nice modern bathroom. A little out of town but very close to the metro and tram stop. Staff were helpful if not a little solemn but found that a lot of people in Prague didn't smile very much, I think that's just the way they are! Overall a very pleasant stay in a well priced hotel.

Everything ok apart from the bed being one of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in. It consisted of two single mattreses laying on a double bedstead and two single quilts. Not entirely appropriate when one is trying to get personal with a young girlfriend especially as my leg kept slipping into the gap while I was trying to get it over !
Oh, one other point....The hotel staff never smile or show emotion.

Forgot to mention, also it was extremely hot while we were there but every time we asked about the roof terrace (which doesn't resemble the pictures) we were told they weren't serving drinks up there. We went to sit there in the evening but it was in total darkness and looked neglected and abandoned.

The 'spacious' gargage was extremely difficult to drive into, through a door slightly wider than the car, on a very busy main road which you had to back onto to straighten the car up to get in. The pillows were very old and full of lumps. The staff were very unfriendly. The breakfast was disgusting, hardly anything to choose from and juice was dilute juice. It took at least 30 minutes to walk into the centre. Needless to say we would never stay here again and would not recommend it.We are not particularly fussy people, we stayed in lots of places on our tour round Europe and this was the only one we had a problem with.
