    Couples    		fantastic hotel in terms of style and decoration, helpful staff, but the room we reserved (double superior room) is not as big as described. breakfast just so so. perfect location for visiting prague castle area, but the steep and stony roads not convenient for traveller with large luggage.

    Couples    		We stayed in Hotel U Krale Karla from 17-28 Oct, and appreciated it very much for the warm and hospital service we received. The receptionists, the breakfast cook, and the cleaning staff are the perfection of professionalism. The help and suggestions given by the receptionists made our stay in Prague a pleasure. Prague and its people are true treasures. The hotel and its staff were a mirror of Prague's world famous charm. Great location, tasteful antique rooms, first-class bathroom facilities (shower room a bit too small), and rich breakfast! Good for family, couples, friends, and solo. Wi-Fi speed needs to be improved.

    N/A    		By mistake I refreed to a wrong room number. The correct room we that was given to us was 203 for 1ngt 09Oct2011. We stayed 3 ngt 30Sep2011 to 03Oct2011 at the room 306 was Excellent. However my big disappointment was when we returned for 1ngt 09Oct2011. They give us room 203 that looks as an apt w/kitchenette, and is absolutely LOUSY; broken doors; closets that had unbelievable smell as for something that was closed for a long time. The odor was unbearable. It seems they use Naphthalene for the bugs... Arrived 18.30 and left 05:00 AM.!! Fanny is that on our previous stay 30Sep2011 we arrived early and willingly paid 500 CZK (about € 20.00) for breakfast . Should I claim compensation for the poor quality of the room?

    Couples    		This is my first time in Prague. It's a nice hotel with specialized decoration. The only incovinient is the wirless internet access, it's too week in the room on 4th floor. Can only access outside the room

    Couples    		Hotel is very nice, old and romantic, my only disapointment was that although I thought Id booked a double bed the room had two singles next to each other, which by the nature of the design of the bed couldnt be pussed together. Other than that the hotel is in a great location in the best part of Prague and is definetley a place to stay for a romantic weekend.

    Family with children    		Great hotel, nice room...great area...great City!!! We did miss free internet facilities, which is generally free in most hotels. Well organized pick-up service at the airport, and transfer back!

    Couples    		in over 6 visits to the city of prague this hotel was one of the best we have stayed at including the hilton/mariot/roma. this one the u krale karla will be the one we come back to stay at time after time
