Really good location.Central for all transport,and if you wish to walk,very close to centre of City.Staff were very helpful,and pleasant.Breakfast was very good,with plenty of choice.Rooms are very spacious,with great bathroom.
Our 2. stay at Trinidad and what could be better?:
1. The beds are to small, its old beds ( antiq )and the length is not up to humans length today -even 175 cm. cannot lay straight out. New modern beds!.
2. TV canals, only aprox 3-4 rest unclear in view - more international canals would be good.
3. Breakfast has been better than last year, but they still service COLD cofee, just a heat plate can do it. Staff at breakfast could offer better service are not asking/offer special eggs, not filling emtphy food up etc. seems unfreindly when asking for more milk, cofee, etc.
4. Positive feed back: The Hotel is laying very good, near to the bridges/city, its a little nice hotel with beautiful old room but with modern bathroom and clean, staff in reception was helpfull - with an improvement of the above item 1-3 it just would be better!

Residence Trinidad is a very nice hotel with a central location! We had a room with an excellent Prague's castle view and we even could see the Carls's bridge! At our last night there was a fantastic firework above the Carl's bridge, which we observed out of our windows - the crowning final of a wonderful Prague-trip! The room arrangement incl. bath was so comofortable and we slept very well! Breakfast buffet hadn't a huge choice, but was okay. Staff was very friendly at every time. I can recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you for such a great stay at Prague!

Great location but strange looking rooms. Overall enjoyed the stay but experienced some problems with the reservation. If I had not phoned in advance we would have been two rooms short!
