The Savic hotel is situated in the heart of the city centre at Old Town Square, just a few steps away, on the cobbled streets of the famous “Astronomical Clock”. All the luxury rooms and bathrooms are newly renovated with all modern facilities but without altering the 14th century look of original wooden painted beams in some of the rooms. Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. Really enjoyed the free drink on arrival. Breakfast was varied and very tasty. The room was lovely but, being tucked away on the fourth floor there was no easy emergency exit. I don't know why the website doesn't explain that the hotel entrance is on Jalovcova instead of Jilska. It would save a lot of hassle

Top marks to the Savic; the staff were friendly, the room was spotless and well equipped, and the location is just perfect. Minor gripe : the restaurant prices were a bit steep, and the quality of food was average to say the least; breakfast however was great, lots of choice. If returning to Prague, I would definitely stay at the Savic again.

Hotel Savic is a lovely hotel. Our room was gorgeous with a huge bed, lovely bathroom, and L'Occtaine toiletries. The glass of fizz on arrival was a welcome bonus and we got lots of recommendations from the friendly reception staff, that all turned out to be good. Fantastic location, and even though you are right in the hub of things, it's a quiet and restful hotel. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and quantity. Highly recommended.

Fantastic setting for our honeymoon. The Savic Hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance of all the main spots. Staff are very friendly and very helpful! Our room was beautiful. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. It's also very good value for money.

I used to travel around the world on a monthly basis and stayed in only the best hotels.
I'd match the Savic against any of them. Our accomodations were perfectly to our test and the location was wonderful, an easy walk to everywhere of interest to us.
But the best thing was the people - cheerful, friendly, helpful, interested and able to take initiative as required.
What more can I say? I give the Savic a 10.

we were very pleased with this hotel. It was in an ideal location, within a short stroll of shops pubs and resturants as well as many wonderful sights. The hotel is exactly as shown in the pictures.The rooms were lovely. The bed was very big and comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. we were greeted with warm and friendly staff and were offered a drink on arrival, good choice of hot and cold breakfast. Over all very pleased with this hotels standard and would highly recommended it.

Most Amazing rooms, thought we had been given the honeymoon suite! Can't believe how lucky we were to find this place and will be telling all our friends. Right in the center of everything and just a spitting distance from the town square. Greeted with a glass of wine/beer, what more can you ask for? Staying here is a must.

This is a really great place to stay. When we arrived we were greeted by a very pleasant receptionnist and were given a welcome drink of our choice. Our room was really lovely (third from the top on this page) and had everything we needed for our stay. The location of the hotel is also excellent - right in the centre of everything without being too noisy. The only thing that's lacking here though (for a 4* hotel) is a bar at night - even though there is a mini-bar in the room. The Savic is like an apartment block which has been made into a hotel with a reception area added on (albeit a very nice apartment block). If you stay here, however, you won't be disappointed. Very nice, comfortable and welcoming hotel.

We would recommend this hotel to all of our friends. It was a good value for the money. Loved the location and a staff that understands the meaning of service. Fresh flowers were in the sitting areas, welcoming drink at check-in and comfortable beds got us off to a good start. The bathrooms have beautiful Italian marble. A very nice stay.

Excellent room and excellent services!!! The hotel is very very close to the old town square and charles bridge. We like the decoration of the room very much. Exactly what it looks in the pictures shown on the website. the breakfast was excellent - nice sausage, very nicely cooked vegetable, various choices of tea bags. When we got there and registered with the reception, they greeted us with a welcome drink which was really thoughtful.

The breakfast was good and we ate in the restuarant for an evening meal in the courtyard which was also delicious.We definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for our stay.

Pleased with the hotel, the room was excellent and the hotel very quiet. Some street noise late at night (unavoidable considering the excellent location) but not too intrusive. Breakfast was a good selection but he hot breakfast could have been a bit better (Decent suasage rather than frankfurter and perhaps some toast and mushrooms) and warmer.

Excellent hotel and very welcoming staff, eager to please. Good value for money at the price we paid (99 Euro) but would look around for others at higher prices. On hotel's own evaluation sheet we said everything was 'excellent', except restaurant which we said was 'good'. They need to work on that - over cluttered with furniture and need tablecloths which other restaurants at same price use. Front desk staff need to be better informed about transport and Prague cards (which we got from Tourist Info Centre in Old Town Square)
