Overall, good hotel, definately value for money. Disappointed with aspects of breakfast, cold/warm water for pot of tea, every morning and sometimes coffee was cold. Tea facilities in room didn't have english tea bags or milk, only lemon, nightmae for someone who loves morning cuppa! Occasionally, staff were rude and unhelpful, at breakfast for both us and other guests. Dissappointed that we would have been charged for use of the terrace, especially as you see pictures of it on the hotel website, apparently, it can only be used for conferences. Rooms were of high standard, very clean and pretty, though shower facilities were poor, high, small bath instead of shower and showere that was attached to tap just went everywhere, no curtain or glass to stop water going everywhere if you wanted to use it. Most staff on reception were good, one lady was particularly pleasent and helpful. Having siad all this, for the money we paid we couldn't expect more, perhaps not all four star services though, would suggest 3/4 star
