The Hotel Rott was in an excellent location, one step outside of the hotel and you're in the center of activity. Very clean with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast buffet. My only complaint would be the size/location of the room for the price $153.00 American is a bit steep for a room outside of the hotel corridor with a view of the roof.
We stayed in the Rott for 3 nights and had a nice room, nice and clean, with a lovely view on the city square, a perfect bed, a cool and clean bathroom. This hotel is right in the middel of the center with the livelyhood and loveliness of Prague all around you. If you step out of the front door, you're walk right in the middle of the terasses, shops and old buildings. Nice! The hotel staff was excellent. We used the parking service the hotel offered, a perfect solution. Prague is a fabulous city, We certainly recommend the Rott!

The hotel reception was under staffed, long queues when waiting, the girl on duty was doing her best but it was crazy that only one person was trying to cope when guests were trying to book tours, taxis, ask questions or pay their account plus answering the telephone at the same time.
this hotel cold not be in a better position, so very close to old square, and great places to shop. there were three adults in our room and there was plenty of room, if there was a fault it was a lack of wardrobe space but everything about this hotel was fantastic value for money

We travelled as a group of 8 (four couples) and found the hotel to be fantastic for our needs. Location was perfect - a quiet square within 5 minutes walk of just about everything you wanted to see. Hotel Rott is excellent and wonderful.It is centrally located just closed to the old town square with the astronomical clock and five minutes walk from Charles' bridge and Venceslas Square so touring in the city is very easy from this hotel. It is a perfect place for a short travel as you ar eclosed to all accomodations in the city.The service is very good, and the breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice and a fully romantic breakfast restaurant. Staffs at reception are very nice and helpfull, they are all english and german speaker and we can communicate easily. Rooms and bathrooms are big, comfortable, and clean. I recommand this hotel to all my friends and the next I will come back to Prague I will choose again this Hotel with these attractive prices.

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about the Hotel Rott. It's great location to Old Town Square, the Charles Bridge, and Wenceslas Square makes touring a good portion of Prague City very easy. The room was as requested non-smoking, very clean and large enough for the 2 of us, and they accommodated our early arrival. Breakfast was outstanding and plentiful, more than sufficient for the day's touring activities. The staff was helpful and friendly making our 4 day stay in October most enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a pleasant hotel which is ideally situated near to the square. Be warned that being so close to the square you have to expect noise @ night. That said the rooms are air conditioned and you do not need to open the windows - we spent 2 weeks in the hotel and were very pleased with the standard and help from staff. Hotel Rott was excellent - the triple room we had served us well - ample room for three adults - staff at reception was very helpful but we had a problem with our sink and unfortuately the gentleman on reception found it hard to understand what our problem was - but after mentioning to another member staff the following day it was resolved straight away. It would have been nice if we had been able to get a drink in the hotel - but the Cafe resturant was being renovated at the time We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to our friends

The Hotel Rott is very centrally located, only one minute from Old Town Square and about five minutes from Charles Bridge. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable (the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a real luxury!) and the room was nicely decorated and furnished. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet, excellent, with plenty of choice. The hotel staff were all extremely helpful, particularly all the staff on Reception, who spoke very good English.

Hotel Rott was excellent - the triple room we had served us well - ample room for three adults - staff at reception was very helpful but we had a problem with our sink and unfortuately the gentleman on reception found it hard to understand what our problem was - but after mentioning to another member staff the following day it was resolved straight away. It would have been nice if we had been able to get a drink in the hotel - but the Cafe resturant was being renovated at the time We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to our friends

The Hotel Rott is very centrally located, only one minute from Old Town Square and about five minutes from Charles Bridge. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable (the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a real luxury!) and the room was nicely decorated and furnished. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet, excellent, with plenty of choice. The hotel staff were all extremely helpful, particularly all the staff on Reception, who spoke very good English.
