The staff were very nice, and the hotel is very close to the wenceslas square. The downside is that the traffic is very loud and we got a room facing the busy street, the room is rather dirty and the shower was broken (literally, the plastic in it was broken...), also it looked kind of shabby, also the room got very hot even though the curtains were drawn, and there was no air conditioning, but other than that it's nice, there's a kitchenette and the room is very spacious.
We got what we expected: affordable, clean hotel near the city centre.
