    N/A    		Unfortunatly, we could not stay there, apparently a water problem, broken pipes? The manager arranged for another hotel (Pyramida, a bit of a hike) at the same price, and arranged transport there. She also called our shuttle service, to ensure he picked us up at the right hotel when we left. Too bad we couldn't stay there. Will try again later...

    N/A    		Unfortunately, I was not able to sty in that hotel. I was told they had some problem with water and I could not stay there. Instead, I was offered a room in Hotel Amarilis, which happened to be a very good hotel. It was on the other side of the old town, but still in walking distance to most famous places. Staff was very nice room was spacey and comfortable. I was a bit angry in the beginning, but finally I think it was a good stay after all. I cannot recommend Hotel at the Golden Horseshoe, but I can and wish to recommend hotel Amarilis.

    N/A    		Nice location in the very old Prague, close to Charles bridge and the center, very quiet at night, very good value for the price I got. A bit upset about room (I personnaly prefer old mood,antics furniture). New furnishing, well equiped (kitchen) and very clean everyday. Confortable sleep. Helpfull staff.

    N/A    		Great location; close to the Castle and Charles Bridge. Lovely clean and comfortable rooms although the stairs to the top floor are a little steep and difficult on the downward journey. Very helpful staff and food very tasty. Would happily recommend to others.

    N/A    		Stayed at the Golden Horseshoe in Sept. 2008. What a location, fantastic, although a bit of a climb but well worth it. The hotel is very nice and clean with lovely staff. we stayed up in the top of the house with lovely romantic views over the city and up to the Palace. would recommend the Golden Horseshoe to anyone, although not for those who find hills difficult. also quiet at night.

    N/A    		Excellent location, with the castle,Charles bridge and a good selection of bars and restaurants all within a 5 minute walk. Also, more tranquil than in the Old Town. Staff were really friendly. Rooms were quite spartan but very clean, and had retained alot of the historical features. Would stay here again.

Possible cons - steep hill location, top floor rooms access by very steep stairs, at 10pm front lobby closes ( maybe a problem for late arrivals , limited breakfast selection. Overall - would certainly recommend hotel

    N/A    		Excellent. Spacious and airy room, with minimal modern decor. Very comfortable beds. It was lovely to have a little kitchen as well. Exceptionally good value for money, and in a superb location close to the Castle and quiet at night.
