The four-floor house is oldest house on the Wenceslas Square, know as 'The Golden Beehive' that was build in the second half of the 14th century and now houses a luxury four star hotel. The hotel is very well situated, within a short walk of pretty much all the areas/facilities one is likely to want to visit.
The staff were all very friendly, courteous and helpful.
If one were asked for an area for improvement, my suggestion would be a no smoking policy as there was a lingering smell of stale tobacco in the rooms which is not very appealing- particularly to the non smoker!

We enjoyed our stay at the prague inn hotel. The location was perfect, the rooms were very clean with nice bathrooms (exactly like on the pictures you can see on the website) and the breakfast was OK. Very friendly receptionists who spoke english very well. We (I went with my wife) definitely recommend this hotel to anywhone who likes to be in the middle of the city.

This was a great place to stay, as it's in the heart of all the action and attractions of Prague. The location is ideal and the rooms are very nicely appointed. The building is very old and historic, yet the rooms are all modern and contemporary. The staff were all very friendly and helpful during our stay. I'd definitely return and recommend this hotel.

27.8.07 I am so happy that the web site Prague st. had this hotel as an offering. The location was central to everything. The room was spacious, the service impeccable and the location was top notch. However, if you have difficulty stepping into a bathtub without handicap rails, this could be a problem for you. The room was quiet even though it was smack in the center of Wenceclas Square with all the shops, cafes and pedestrian mall. Close to all tourist sites. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, very modern and luxurious and the room was spacious, bathroom large and clean and a separate area which housed a wardrobe. We thought the hotel staff were friendly, courteous and helpful and happy to assist us with booking trips/taxis or offering advice. Excellent value for money, although my only criticism would be that there was no foam bath in the bathroom and the hot breakfast was not that hot, on a positive note there was a kettle with cups in our room which was most welcome. Ideally located on Wencelas Square, most attractions are within easy walking distance so one does not exhaust oneself by walking miles between attractions.

We really liked the hotel - the room was lovely - comfortable and clean with really nice bathroom and good aircon. Didn't think breakfast was very good though - and the fact that you have to collect stuff on a tray and go up and down stairs/slopes to find tables is not good if you have mobility problems. We thought that the bar was expensive and not good value. On the positive side the location of the hotel is great and the rooms were not too noisy despite its busy location.

1. Hotel is in pedestrianised area so taxi couldn't drive up to door - not an issue for us but might have been for some people.
2. No seperate shower cubicle - again not an issue for us but might have caused problems for someone who would have difficulty stepping into the bath.
Apart from that the hotel was fantastic. The room was great, the bathroom was great, the buffet breakfast was great. Safe deposit box provided in room at no extra charge and we were able to make use of the mini bar fridge! In another hotel we stayed in we would have had to pay to get the fridge open even if we didnt take any of the contents. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitattion in reccommending the hotel - we couldn't believe its brilliant location looking up Wenceselas Square.
