One reason we booked this hotel was the availability of WiFi. However no stable connection to the internet could be established. This problem was known to the staff.
Connection was interrupted at crucial moments. Therefor it took much time to send e-mail messages.
That's why "Value for money" was not "top".
On the internet site of the hotel a larger room was presented for the luxury room. At arrival we noticed that the room was much smaller than that. After complaining at the staff we got the larger room without any problem.
We had a nice stay.
Excellent hotel, with very nice and big rooms for families. Ideally located on a walking distance from all key places.
The reception staff is not too nice and never smiling.
I would definitively recommend this hotel.

we are jus back from our stay in prague where we stayed in the Eurostar hotel and we can honestly say it was one of the nicest places we have been too. the hotel in located right in the middle of the city which made it ideal for our 4 night stay, the staff were helpful in every way possible and always with a smile. the hotel itself was spotless clean. we would highly reccommend it for a break away.

The best point for us was the location of the hotel, placed in the main city centre. One minute distance for the Magik Latern and the National Theatre, 5-minute distance from Charles Bridge, and also 5-minute distance from the shopping aerea.
