Great hotel in a quiet street but still close to the city sights of Prague. Staff very helpful and a nice breakfast selection to start the day. Conference room was also great with a good selection of refreshments in the afternoon.
The staff in the restaurant and breakfast room was very nice, but the person at the reception was not very helping and very unprofessional. I asked to call me a taxi and he called somebody who came in a car without any taxi signs and asked for 3 times the money for the way from the hotel downtown.
Negative:
Mini Bar: Refilling the bottles in the mini bar were not made ever day. The already used glasses were not changed for the following days.
Light: the lights were too dark for reading books in the bed.
Bathroom: I missed a shower curtain in the bathroom.
Positive:
very friendly waitress in the breakfirst room.
very professional organisation of the conference.
