Brief Hotel Description

The hotel At the Charles Bridge is situated directly in the historic part of Mala Strana called Kampa, only a few steps from the famous Charles Bridge. The hotel building is a part of the oldest local structure and one of the first 16th century buildings in the area. At present, the hotel consists of two buildings and it among objects protected by the National Heritage Council.

The hotel offers accommodation in 16 double rooms, 6 de luxe rooms and 4 suites. The rooms have view of Kampa or of the river Vltava (the rooms with the view of the river are with extra charge).

    Solo travellers    		I loved the Kampa location. The room was charmingly old-fashioned (doors, furniture, style). The hotel has a spirit and I would definitely stay there again and book with Prague.st - thumbs up for the staff who cared about my reservation details. If I must criticize: Both in the room and neighbouring restaurant Cervena Sedma (not part of the hotel) they should make clear the price of "nuts and sweets" lying at your fingertips. The price is not steep and I doubted it's free. I do not mind to be charged, but it's polite to specify the price and conditions in advance.

    N/A    		The Archibald at the Charles Bridge hotel was excellent. Couldn't fault the service or friendliness of the staff and the receptionists all spoke very good English. The room was very comfortable and we weren't disappointed after getting a room with a view of the river, having requested this. The hotel is perfectly located, away from the hustle and bustle of old town sq. and wenceslas sq, but still only a 5-10 minute walk away. Breakfast was lovely too. The only downside was that we missed trying out the BBQ food served at the restaurant!!! Guess we'll just have to come back!

The staff were very friendly and helpful.We had a room with a view of the river and the Charles Bridge. Its location was excellent for touring the city on foot, but was within easy reach of the trams and metro.
