Very clean and spacious - great location - just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be nice and quiet but still close enough to many attractions.
Only a few minutes stroll from Charles Bridge - a pleasant 10 minutes walk to the castle.
Tram stop immediately outside and funicular less than five minutes around the corner.
The only negative for us was that though we had booked a double room it was two single mattresses on a double bed base and two single quilts... not ideal.
The pictures of the room posted on the web page do not do the apartment justice. The accommodations are better than reflected on the web page. The furnishings are period furnishing, but the room is upgraded to a high standard.
The location was perfect. Across the square is St Nicholas Church, Meters away is the Charles Bridge leading to centrum and in the other direction just a short walk is the Prague Castle. The only bump was check in. On booking I did not realize that this was an apartment complex. I circled the square several times looking for a hotel lobby. I called the support number and was directed to the entrance and the call button called "Reception". Once we were in, we were amazed at the supportive staff and the accommodations. We would stay here again.

The apartment we got was on the 1st floor and was great, really large even for 4 adults. Located just opposite Charles Church and central just a minutes walk to Charles Bridge. Staff very friendly and helpful, very clean, everything you need and ask if you need anything. Breakfast is in a restaurant a few yards away, with good food. We used the PragueSt taxi for 16 euros and given the taxi fares is good value and we should have used on the return but paid more by local taxi. Trams, taxi, starbucks just outside the hotel. Could have used the trams more if there was a tram map. One thing that would have been useful to have in the rooms was travel, tourist info and leaflets. But available a a minutes walk away at the tourist office.
This is truly hotel with First Class accomadations with large rooms, and even a modern kitchen (which we did not use). The hotel staff was outstanding and took care of our every need and question. The owner even drove us to our evening dining restaurant. Monica the receptionist walked with us to two different ATM machines to assist us in obtaining cash. The hotel gets a FIVE Star rating and the staff get an even higher rating (if one could exist). We will go back and we will recommend to all who may be interested in a top hotel.
