My friend and I appreciate the kind assistance given throughout our stay in Colloseum hotel. They were really helpful and kind. It was our first time in Prague and we were still not used to the winter around in Europe. We did have some problems with centralized heater. It didn't work out so much for us. The reptionist did let us borrow the staff's electric kettle cos there was none in the room. We need that so badly! Other than that we are not complaining much. What kind I say, we travel across the globe just to see Prague. We are not regretting a single thing!
