Family with children	We had booked a 2 room suite more than 3 months in advance for our family of 2 adults and 3 children. The hotel staff did not let us know when we were checking in that we will not be getting the rooms that we had booked. We were shocked to find that the room we had been given was a dormitory with 12 bunk beds. After showing our displeasure we were given a room with 4 beds and we ended up sharing beds with our children. Our holiday was not as enjoyable as we had hoped.

With friends	Gave breakfast that score because none of us used that service. Had to be moved to a different on the first night but our original hotel paid for taxi transfers and gave the group free drinks. Enjoyed our stay in Prague.

With friends	Stayed for 4 nights with my sister (we are both Norwegian) and 3 Australia friends. Perfect location right in the heart of the old town, walking distance to everything. Huge rooms with great view and good comfort. Breakfast room was 30 degrees and the food wasn't too exciting but it was absolutely sufficien (coffee, juices, bread, cereal etc). Internet at reception and staff gave tips on transport and places to go out at night. Recommend highly!

Couples	We did not like that breakfast was so little and DRY. One of us did hardly eat at all. And the hotel didnt have any restaurants either... The fitness was private.. Our rooms were fine but we didnt understand why we stayed in the house next door and why breakfast was there??? We had plenty of room for using the restrooms since we had three of them for all of us. Transfer was really good :) The driver was really nice.

Couples	Very disappointed by the hotel, the reviews and images to the left do not portray the hotel. The rooms were beyond basic and clearly need an uplift. All in all very poor accomadation.

N/A	Pekné ale veľmi malé izby aj kúpeľňa. Počas pobytu 3 nocí upratovanie pozostávalo len z vynesenia odpadkov. Recepčná pri našom príchode bola pomalá, káblové internetové pripojenie nefungovalo, nepomohla nám s ním s odôvodnením, že iný kábel už nemá - riešenie neponúkla. Na raňajky bol pomerne slabý výber. Poloha hotela je výborná, v centre mesta, avšak za cenu hlučného baru pod hotelom. Celkovo hotel veľmi dobre vyhovuje pomeru kvalita/cena.
