The Residence offers one-room (for one or two guests) and two-room (three or four guests) apartments. Some of them have fully equipped kitchenettes. Each room is equipped with a roomy bathroom with shower. Rooms with separate beds or with one double bed and own bathroom and a shower are available. Each room is equipped with a safe, air-conditioning, wi-fi Internet connection (free of charge), and a satellite TV.

The historical centre of Prague is easily accessible from the VYSTA Residence using the public city transport – trams Nos. 5/12/14/15/17, the trams stop being situated just a few steps from the Residence, go through the Prague centre 24 hours a day (Václavské náměstí /Václavské Square/, náměstí Republiky /Republiky Square/, Malá strana /the Lesser Town/). Visitors can also use the underground (the red “C” line, station “Nádraží Holešovice” /Holešovice Railway Station/), offering maximum comfort, by which visitors can get to the Prague centre, the Main Railway Station or the Florenc Bus Station in a few minutes. Great find in Prague. Everything we needed for a short stay. Good size room, good location, decent breakfast to start the day and competent, friendly and informative staff. What more could you want..?! I would have no hesitation recommending this accommodation, and also the airport transfer service, both of which were great and certainly made our short visit to Prague an enjoyable one. If we come back to Prague, we will look to stay at Residence Vysta.
Make sure you take them up on the discount offer for the local restaurant (2 doors down). The food, service and portions sizes were all great and all at half the price you would pay anywhere closer to the city.
Also - if you need some parking, there are a limited number of free space across the road for 'after hours' parking overnight. If not, plenty of paid options close by as well.
Really nice apartments in a good location. Tram stop right outside and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend, superb value for money.
Most of the hotel offering was satisfactory however the Bedding was stained and we only had two small towels. Locality is not central however the transport system is excellent and cheap

S hotelem my osobne jsme byli spokojeni.Okoli hotelu neni nejhezci, myslim neopravene baraky,ale je to prakticke misto, protoze je blizko hromadna doprava a tudiz je mozno se rychle dostat vsude po Praze.Co mi trochu vadilo byl hluk zpusobeny nekde vedle mam pocit, ze to bylo pokazde v utery , kdy dlouho do noci vyrvavala uchu ne lahodne znejici hudba. V nasem pokoji, uz jsem zapomnela cislo, ale bylo to na druhem patre v koute, byla v predsince vrzajici podlaha a tim padem,kdokoliv sel na zachod rusil spanek toho druheho. Take dvere v koupelne by potrebovaly trochu obrousit, aby nedrely o podlahu.Sprcha nedrzi ve vyssi poloze,kdyz se pusti voda, ale to je chyba vyrobce.Velice spatny design. Tez nejaka policka primo ve sprse pro mydlo a sampony by byla velice uzitecna.Mozna "dratena", ktera se da povesit na sprchu a tudiz se nemusi delat zadne dalsi upravy. Mezi sprchou a umyvadlem by se tez sikla nejaka skrinka z umele hmoty s nekolika polickami, kam by si clovek mohl dat fen, holici strojek a podobne. Z umele hmoty proto, aby netrpela vodou ze sprchy. Postele, ktere jsou celkem pohodlne jsou dobre pro mlade lidi, ne zrovna moc pro starsi, protoze jsou nizke, i kdyz musim priznat, ze ve Vyste jsou vyssi nez v dalsich hotelech, kde jsem v Cechach travila dovolenou.Kde kdo si v Cechach stezuje na bolava kolena a ja soudim, ze je to protoze vetsina lidi ma nizke postele a nizke zachody, pak take velice spatne chodniky a silnice.(Ale za to uz Vysta nemuze. Na zaver bych chtela rict, ze tyto poznamky nepisi proto, abych jenom kritizovala, ale proto abych vam pomohla ziskat co nejvice spokojenych zakazniku.Protoze my jsme az na par techto drobnosti byli opravdu spokojeni a cena tomu odpovidala.Je dobre, ze se temito dotazy snazite sluzbu zlepsit.
The Residence Vysta was perfect for our 3 day trip to Prague. It was clean, quiet, and spacious, and very convenient to everything we wanted to see via trams and metro just a short walk away. The exposition grounds and a gorgeous park are just across the street. Breakfast was basic but plentiful, and our small kitchen was fully furnished with cooktop, refrigerator and sink. The young staff were so friendly and helpful. All this for a fraction of the cost of a standard hotel. Highly recommended.
Overall we consider our accomodation as very nice, indeed. Staff was great, and helpful. Room was small, but clean. Breakfast - satisfactory. Location - great for the price, and proximity to City Center. Thank you, keep up the good work !

Under no circumstances would I ever recommend that anyone stay at Residence Vysta. My boyfriend and I arrived at midnight to a locked door and a pathetic sign explaining that the hotel was shut for the night and to pick the keys up at the restaurant next door.....which was also closed and locked up for the night. What a perfect welcome to a foreign city!! I managed to track down the owner by telephone who didn't seem at all bothered that his guests were stranded with nowhere to stay. Considering the situation, I was shocked that he didn't seem to give a toss about us and made absolutely no attempt to resolve the situation (apart from not charging us for our first night) what a true gentleman!! We were forced to find ourselves alternative accommodation (which wasn't easy in the middle of the night in a city you're not familiar with) and we stayed there for he duration of our time in Prague. I wasn't prepared to spend money in a hotel where the staff believe it is ok to treat their guests the way in which we were treated. Our entire trip was somewhat tainted by this unexpected 'welcome' and what was meant as a relaxing break to a beautiful city turned out to be exactly the opposite.
We were a college Film Studies group in Prague for the Febiofest Film and Music festival. Although Holesovice is a little out of the normal tourist areas of Prague it is an ideal place to experience a different more Czech area of the city. There are two excellent art galleries in the area (The Dox Centre and Veletrzni Palace (National Gallery). Trams and the metro are very near by but all the other major attractions (Castle & Squares) are walkable. The Hotel proved excellent value for money and easily accomodated 18 of us. The appartments were very spacious and rooms with interconnecting doors were very useful too.

Postele, ktere jsou celkem pohodlne jsou dobre pro mlade lidi, ne zrovna moc pro starsi, protoze jsou nizke, i kdyz musim priznat, ze ve Vyste jsou vyssi nez v dalsich hotelech, kde jsem v Cechach travila dovolenou.Kde kdo si v Cechach stezuje na bolava kolena a ja soudim, ze je to protoze vetsina lidi ma nizke postele a nizke zachody, pak take velice spatne chodniky a silnice.(Ale za to uz Vysta nemuze. Na zaver bych chtela rict, ze tyto poznamky nepisi proto, abych jenom kritizovala, ale proto abych vam pomohla ziskat co nejvice spokojenych zakazniku.Protoze my jsme az na par techto drobnosti byli opravdu spokojeni a cena tomu odpovidala.Je dobre, ze se temito dotazy snazite sluzbu zlepsit.
The Residence Vysta was perfect for our 3 day trip to Prague. It was clean, quiet, and spacious, and very convenient to everything we wanted to see via trams and metro just a short walk away. The exposition grounds and a gorgeous park are just across the street. Breakfast was basic but plentiful, and our small kitchen was fully furnished with cooktop, refrigerator and sink. The young staff were so friendly and helpful. All this for a fraction of the cost of a standard hotel. Highly recommended.
Overall we consider our accomodation as very nice, indeed. Staff was great, and helpful. Room was small, but clean. Breakfast - satisfactory. Location - great for the price, and proximity to City Center. Thank you, keep up the good work !

Under no circumstances would I ever recommend that anyone stay at Residence Vysta. My boyfriend and I arrived at midnight to a locked door and a pathetic sign explaining that the hotel was shut for the night and to pick the keys up at the restaurant next door.....which was also closed and locked up for the night. What a perfect welcome to a foreign city!! I managed to track down the owner by telephone who didn't seem at all bothered that his guests were stranded with nowhere to stay. Considering the situation, I was shocked that he didn't seem to give a toss about us and made absolutely no attempt to resolve the situation (apart from not charging us for our first night) what a true gentleman!! We were forced to find ourselves alternative accommodation (which wasn't easy in the middle of the night in a city you're not familiar with) and we stayed there for he duration of our time in Prague. I wasn't prepared to spend money in a hotel where the staff believe it is ok to treat their guests the way in which we were treated. Our entire trip was somewhat tainted by this unexpected 'welcome' and what was meant as a relaxing break to a beautiful city turned out to be exactly the opposite.
We were a college Film Studies group in Prague for the Febiofest Film and Music festival. Although Holesovice is a little out of the normal tourist areas of Prague it is an ideal place to experience a different more Czech area of the city. There are two excellent art galleries in the area (The Dox Centre and Veletrzni Palace (National Gallery). Trams and the metro are very near by but all the other major attractions (Castle & Squares) are walkable. The Hotel proved excellent value for money and easily accomodated 18 of us. The appartments were very spacious and rooms with interconnecting doors were very useful too.
