    Family with children    		Our booking was wrongly entered and the appartment was not avaiable when we arrives. The staff was very helpfull to find a replacement accomodation. We were luck to have one but I wander what would have happened if they did not have an available apartment ?

If we would not have any available coresponding apartment from our portfolio, we would book another apartment from our partners in same or higher standard with no additional charge to the client. We would not definately leave any of our guests with no accommodation.     N/A    		Dear people from St.Prague we ( 5 travelagents from Germany ) had a great weekend - we all liked the appartment very much.There was only one little thing at the end ... on sunday morning we´ve met the cleaning woman and told her that we will leave at about 14.00 she said it would be okay and after a little walk trough the city we came back and wanted to eat some of our yogurts we´ve left in the refrigirator ... but they were gone also some of my colleagues bracelets.... we don´t really bother about that but as we know from our clients - they wouldn´t like it.So maybe you just tell those people not doing that any more.... So a final question would you like to work together with us when we send clients to Prague through you ??? would you give commission??? best regards from Darmstadt Carla schäfer

    Hotel    		Dear Carla, thank you for your feedback. To the thing with the cleaning lady. The standard check out is at 11:00. After this time, if not agreed differently, the clening lady must clean the room and prepare it for another customers, so it also indludes to move everything from the fridge. But if you ordered later check-out, in that case I understand, that you were disappointed with the situation, that happened. We are sorry for that.     N/A    		The apartments were excellent very clean and well laid out and very spacious yrt very well heated, and within perfect walking distance to both shops, restauants, bars and sights my friends and I had a brilant time and would 100 % recommend Janacek Palace as a place to stay.
