We had a wonderful holiday in Prague. The accommodation was very good and true to the pictures on the website. We found the public transport really reliable and the fact that we had to use the bus, tram and metro really helpful in getting to know the city.
The Zoo is a great place to visit with children and the cost is very cheap 200 CZK for our family of four. Our children are 11 and 9 and they both had a great time.
The parks in the city are worth visiting and offer great views over the city. We used public transport to visit

The map we used was Praha: Ubytovaci Sluzby by GeoClub. This has all the buses, trams and Metro stops which was a great help.
The driver that met us at the airport was very helpful. He was there for our arrival and gave us some great tips about getting around and what to see. The lady that came to the apartment to give us the key was also great and arranged for us to leave our bags at the flat on our last day, which meant we could visit the city centre and then go back to collect our bags before flying out.
One small point was we asked for one double bed and two singles. When we arrived we found two doubles and our children were not too pleased about sleeping in the same bed. Also it would have been really helpful to have somewhere to leave our bags when we arrived, as our flight was early morning and the access to the apartment was later in the day. Again it was the helpfullness of the driver who collected us from the airport that saved the day.
We would recommend your website to our friends and we will be returning very soon to Praha
