The apartment can be closed with a very secure outside door, so it gives a very secure feeling. Also coveniently located near tram stops, metro, supermarket and restaurants/cafes (all within 5-10 mins walk). We requested for airport pickup which was great too since it was our first time to Prague. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was spotlessly clean, with all the necessary kitchen utensils, and high quality blankets and bed covers. The location is perfect as it is close to a shopping mall with a 24/7 supermarket, and there is an easy tram connection to the old city centre. Very comfortable and well located. our studio was upgraded when we got there to a top floor apartment. the views were immense. we arrived at night and very quickly found our way around. Everthing is convinient, there is a tesco down the road as well as good transport links and entertainment! The cleaner was lovely, and was funny trying to explain to her that i had spilt hot chocolate on the floor as she doesnt speak very good english!! loved everything about the apartments, very smart, very modern, very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

2/11/07, We stayed in a two bed apartment. It was new, non smoking as requested. The apartment was spotless, spacious and secure. It was close to the metro, tram and shopping centre. The only issue we had was that there was no hair dryer which was surprising as there was a washing machine and a dish washer. Good size apartment. We were rather shocked that the apartment wasn't clean upon arrival. This was rectified by the time we came back in the evening. We asked for a non smoking apartment but the apartment we were in was definitely a smoking apartment as it has ashtrays in the living area plus the smell of smoke from the previous people staying at the apartment. Lack of hot water if you are the last person to have a shower! The apartment is located close to a shopping mall but its a wee bit far to walk to the old town.

Apartment was a good place to stay, remember it's not a hotel room ,you are renting an apartment- don't expect a maid to make your bed every day! However on arrival it was very clean, and well kept. Spacious and everything we needed. Not too bothered about the TV, as was in Prague to see the city not stay indoors! Good location, very close to Andel metro and tram links, a short walk from Mala Strana, and some good bars a minute away.

Great apartment located within a convenient walk to the Charles Bridge. In case of rain, the tram stops perhaps 200m from the apartment. The two bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable and secure. The only issue we had was the weak wireless signal in our apartment. Had a very nice 7 nights here. Really good location for trams and metro. Also good for local shopping and eating out. Room was clean and although the floors werent cleaned daily etc when you consider the saving you make using this apartment to that of a hotel it doesnt really matter, after all its only your own mess. I stayed for 5 nights and loved the apartment and the very convenient location. Cleaning was not done daily, though, even if advertised on website (only once somebody tidied up the bathroom a little but without cleaning floor), but we did get fresh towels after 3 days. Since this is really the only small negative point about the whole stay at Andel, I still would always recommend it to friends and to everybody staying in wonderful Prague!

Secure location with security on desk and multi-point locking system on main door of flat. The saucepans are for show really (with non-heat resistant plastic handles) and kitchenette had very little ccoking equipment. The TGI Friday on corner by Andel metro will do a steak diner for 220 CKR though (about £5.50). Staff helpful although one lady was a bit over anxious about getting us out of the apartment by 9.30am on our leaving day. Floors could do with more cleaning also. Definately worth the money... good location. The 5 Euro breakfast at a cafe across the road was not good value and so we cancelled after first morning ('Koptravel' need to order this in advance for some reason, so if not happy with breakfast cancel asap for refund).

It is Perfect!!! the accmodation is CLEAN, TIDY and in a very good location. The metro is just around the courner and there is 24 hours tesco supermarket around. There is also a shopping centre and many restaurant around. The apartment is HUGE!!! I didn't expect it at all and it is a very good price. I would say it is even better than staying in a hotel!!! you got your own dinning room and everything is just perfect. I would recommand this hotel to eveyone. Thanks again!!!

The only minor complaint we have is that we never recieved our free transfer from the airport as stated on the website. I did asked repeatedly about it but nothing was done? I stayed for a night in the Andel's rent apartment and it was an absolutely pleasant experience! The room look exactly like the pics and eveything is new and clean! All facilities are functionally properly and that makes it a lot easier since it was freezing when I was there! The agent was really helpful and kindly arrange early check-in and late check-out for us! I highly recommend the apt!

We were staying in andels apartments fpr three nights and are very happy with our choice! The rooms looked exactly like on the homepage, so no nasty surprises here. Everything is very new and nearly unused and also vry clean. I can recommend this apartment without any doubts!
Also the infrastructure is very good, there is a tesco (supermarket) and an ATM very close by and also a lot of public transport stations nearby.

Apartment was very nice and within easy walking distance of the centre (10 mins). Be prepared to clean the apartment yourself due to the cleaner doing very little, would have been nice if she cleaned the floors and the mountain of dust in the bedroom under the bed. The street also smelt of petrol which was a shame and there was alot of building works going on near by.

The apartment was very clean, had all the necessary amenities and was ideally situated. It was a 30 minute leisurely walk to the Charles bridge and was 5 minutes to great shopping and bars/restaurants.

Good size apartment. We were rather shocked that the apartment wasn't clean upon arrival. This was rectified by the time we came back in the evening. We asked for a non smoking apartment but the apartment we were in was definitely a smoking apartment as it has ashtrays in the living area plus the smell of smoke from the previous people staying at the apartment. Lack of hot water if you are the last person to have a shower! The apartment is located close to a shopping mall but its a wee bit far to walk to the old town.

The apartment as very nice,clean and very full of space.even it is just a self catering,but they still do provide daily clean service.
However, the apartment was quite empty, there was nothing in the kitchen cupboard,not quite effective.

Apartment was a good place to stay, remember it's not a hotel room ,you are renting an apartment- don't expect a maid to make your bed every day! However on arrival it was very clean, and well kept. Spacious and everything we needed. Not too bothered about the TV, as was in Prague to see the city not stay indoors! Good location, very close to Andel metro and tram links, a short walk from Mala Strana, and some good bars a minute away.

Great apartment located within a convenient walk to the Charles Bridge. In case of rain, the tram stops perhaps 200m from the apartment. The two bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable and secure. The only issue we had was the weak wireless signal in our apartment. We highly recommend these apartments for anyone travelling to Prague.

Had a very nice 7 nights here. Really good location for trams and metro. Also good for local shopping and eating out. Room was clean and although the floors werent cleaned daily etc when you consider the saving you make using this apartment to that of a hotel it doesnt really matter, after all its only your own mess. Would recommend the use to anyone.

I stayed for 5 nights and loved the apartment and the very convenient location. Cleaning was not done daily, though, even if advertised on website (only once somebody tidied up the bathroom a little but without cleaning floor), but we did get fresh towels after 3 days. Since this is really the only small negative point about the whole stay at Andel, I still would always recommend it to friends and to everybody staying in wonderful Prague!

I was shocked how lovely this accomodation was! Just like the pictures- modern, bright and airy. The shower was also fantastic! Couldn't ask for a better location, great transport links and near Tesco. Would definitely recommend, and will stay again.

Stayed from 26.06.2007 to 05.07.07 on 7th floor. Very pleased with accommodation - took advantage of late deal prices. Lovely stylish fixtures in bathroom. Secure location with security on desk and multi-point locking system on main door of flat. The saucepans are for show really (with non-heat resistant plastic handles) and kitchenette had very little ccoking equipment. The TGI Friday on corner by Andel metro will do a steak diner for 220 CKR though (about £5.50). Staff helpful although one lady was a bit over anxious about getting us out of the apartment by 9.30am on our leaving day. Floors could do with more cleaning also. Definately worth the money... good location. The 5 Euro breakfast at a cafe across the road was not good value and so we cancelled after first morning ('Koptravel' need to order this in advance for some reason, so if not happy with breakfast cancel asap for refund).

It is Perfect!!! the accmodation is CLEAN, TIDY and in a very good location. The metro is just around the courner and there is 24 hours tesco supermarket around. There is also a shopping centre and many restaurant around. The apartment is HUGE!!! I didn't expect it at all and it is a very good price. I would say it is even better than staying in a hotel!!! you got your own dinning room and everything is just perfect. I would recommand this hotel to eveyone. Thanks again!!!

The apartment was great very clean and tidy, it looked brand new. The cleaners came nearly every day but did not seem to understand our notes about new bulbs or bedding? The only minor complaint we have is that we never recieved our free transfer from the airport as stated on the website. I did asked repeatedly about it but nothing was done? Apart from this we were very happy with our stay.

I stayed for a night in the Andel's rent apartment and it was an absolutely pleasant experience! The room look exactly like the pics and eveything is new and clean! All facilities are functionally properly and that makes it a lot easier since it was freezing when I was there! The agent was really helpful and kindly arrange early check-in and late check-out for us! I highly recommend the apt!

We were staying in andels apartments fpr three nights and are very happy with our choice! The rooms looked exactly like on the homepage, so no nasty surprises here. Everything is very new and nearly unused and also vry clean. I can recommend this apartment without any doubts!
Also the infrastructure is very good, there is a tesco (supermarket) and an ATM very close by and also a lot of public transport stations nearby.

Apartment was very nice and within easy walking distance of the centre (10 mins). Be prepared to clean the apartment yourself due to the cleaner doing very little, would have been nice if she cleaned the floors and the mountain of dust in the bedroom under the bed. The street also smelt of petrol which was a shame and there was alot of building works going on near by.
